The charge for this service is £99. Should we be unsuccessful, then this is fully refundable, however, this is the only circumstance when a refund is due.

This increases your conversion rate by committing your Client to you, and reducing the likelihood of them shopping around.

Whilst a significant increase in success is produced by going off panel to place cases, this involves considerably more work and frequently produces a lender where we would need to charge a fee.

When we receive an enquiry where we believe the solution lies off panel we will quote generic terms that are potentially obtainable. Should the Client accept these terms in principle we will conduct full market research and obtain an approval from a lender which meets your given criteria and our generic terms.

Once our findings have been relayed, then you can deal directly with the lender, however we will take no responsibility should the case not succeed. Case presentation is extremely important and care must be taken to project circumstances in the same way, sometimes to a particular underwriter.

We recommend that for this reason you continue to employ us, to process your case through to offer, and then completion. We will agree a completion fee with you based upon the difficulty, complexity and the time allocated to your case.

Should we be unsuccessful at any point based on the Client’s initially disclosed circumstances all fees for our services will be refunded. Motivated and rewarded by success, or if you like, “putting our money where our mouth is”.

In order to allow us to complete this task we need to take ownership of the case by using our specialist processing service. This allows you to retain ownership of the advice and Client, but delegate the processing and administration.
